Penny the Porpoise
Hi! I’m Penny the porpoise. Most people think I’m just like a dolphin, but I’m not. Porpoises have flatter teeth, a shorter nose, and a chunkier body. I’m a slow swimmer and I like to travel with small groups of other porpoises. Lately, I’ve had to watch out for fishing nets because the fisherman in the area sometimes trap us by accident. I love to eat fish! My favorite meal is a tuna fish sandwich with a glass of milk.
My favorite color is blue and my favorite hobbies include blowing bubbles, and exercising. I stay in shape by watching my calories, which is easy because of my diet. A lot of my friends think I spend too much time in the ocean, but I come up to the surface and visit every once in a while. If you catch a glimpse of me you’re lucky, so keep an eye out for me.
